Welcome to SEDRA HONEY, a Yemeni honey brand based in Malaysia. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including any content, features, and services offered by SEDRA INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD (SEDRA HONEY).

In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

  • "SEDRA HONEY", "we", "us", or "our" refers to SEDRA INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD, a Yemeni honey brand based in Malaysia.
  • "Customer" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses our website.
  • "Product(s)" means the Yemeni honey and other products offered for sale on our website.
  • "Website" means our website located at www.sedrahoney.com.

Ordering Process:

  • Customers can place an order on the Sedra Honey website by selecting the desired product(s) and quantity and adding them to their cart.
  • Customers must provide accurate information during the ordering process, including their name, shipping address, and contact information.
  • Once an order is placed, Sedra Honey will send an order confirmation email to the customer's provided email address.
  • Sedra Honey reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if the customer's information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Payment:

  • Only online payment methods are accepted on the Sedra Honey website.
  • Cash, personal bank account transactions, and checks are not accepted.
  • Customers must provide accurate payment information during the ordering process.
  • Sedra Honey reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if payment information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Shipping and Delivery:

a) Delivery Timeframe:
  • West Malaysia: 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • East Malaysia: 5-10 working days for delivery.
b) Shipping Fee:
  • West Malaysia: RM12 for purchases below RM200, waived for purchases above RM200.
  • East Malaysia:
  • Orders with less than 6kg: RM30 standard shipping fee.
  • Orders with 6kg-10kg: RM40 standard shipping fee.
  • Additional RM4 for every additional kg above 1kg.
c) Delivery Terms & Condition:
  • Customers are responsible for any extra taxes imposed by the government.
  • Public Holidays and large sales events may cause processing and delivery delays.
  • Shipping address can be changed by contacting customer service.
  • Tracking number will be sent via email after order confirmation.
  • To track the parcel, visit https://www.post2u.com.my and enter the tracking number.

Urgent Purchases:

Returns and Refunds:

a) Return is eligible when:
  • Request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Honey jar quantity is no less than 90%.
b) Return is not eligible when:
  • Product does not comply with requirements.
c) Return Policy:
  • Postage of returning parcel is borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credits within 7-14 working days of receiving return items.
  • Store credits can be used to make another purchase or withdrawn to customer's bank account.
  • Store credit withdrawal must be requested within 120 days of purchase.
  • Refunds exclude shipping and handling costs.
  • SEDRA HONEY reserves the right to reject any returned product.
  • For purchases made at other retail stores or e-commerce platforms, refer to respective store's policy.
  • Contact customer service before returning the product and provide evidence through photo.
