It was an idea, rather a dream that triggered the opening of our first project in Honey Business… There we got the spark! The Yemeni Honey is the most demandable in and outside the country. We started our Honey Shop in Sana'a in August 2010 where we offered types of the Yemeni Honey collected from Dau'an and Usimat and other provinces to deliver honey top-quality classes of Royal Sidr.

2015 - The journey started

In 2015, Abdulmajeed Hamid, the founder of Sedra Honey travelled to Malaysia in an effort to start a new journey to deliver Yemeni Honey to reach new communities. Meanwhile, we were up to new challenges in Yemen, wherein 2016 we opened our second branch in Sana'a in our efforts to revive its history…!

What is Yemeni Royal Sidr Honey?

Due to its exquisite flavour, high nutritional value, and limited availability, Yemeni Sidr honey is one of the most exquisite and expensive honey in the world. Sidr honey is named from the tree from which bees feed from its nectar (Sidr Tree or Ziziphus spina-christi). Royal Sidr refers to Sidr honey that is more robust and nutrient-dense.
